As a Menuada customer, you may receive emails from us about your account, regular summaries, and news about Menuada. You can unsubscribe from summaries and news at any time using the link in any of these emails.

We do not sell your personal data. We work with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform. These providers are only given access to what is strictly necessary and are required to keep your data secure, including when they process it outside North Macedonia.

Menu content (items, photos, prices) is publicly visible to customers who scan your QR code — this is the core purpose of the service.

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you securely logged in to your account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, unless we are required to keep it by law.
