By accessing or using Menuada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Menuada provides restaurant owners with a digital menu platform and their customers with a way to browse menus via QR code. The service includes menu management tools, analytics, AI-powered recommendations, professional photography, and 24/7 customer support.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to use Menuada only for lawful purposes. You must not upload false or illegal content, attempt to disrupt the platform, or use it in any way that could harm other users or Menuada.
You own the content you upload. By using the platform, you give us permission to display it as part of the service — for example, showing your menu to customers. We will never sell your content or use it outside of operating and improving the platform.
Menuada offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period with no partial refunds, unless required by law.
Our AI recommendations are advisory only. You remain responsible for all decisions made based on them.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
To the extent permitted by law, Menuada is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify active users before material changes take effect. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
